1. Confirm whether a service is working on the host, and use the command netstat-ano | find "69"

2. Then check whether the listening port and the listening IP are normal.

3. Cmd native telnet test to eliminate external network and firewall interference

4. If it is found that it does not work, confirm whether the client is abnormal, and grab the package directly.

5. Modify the configuration of TFTP server to solve the problem.
