Here is a summary of the writing of the analog test program in agilent3070.

Enter analog in the basic window and press F1 to enter the analog editing window. Press F1 again to return to the command state.

Enter:

Test powered analog

Power pins XXX;XXX;XXX

Nonanalog pins YYY;YYY

Test "name NNN"

End test

3. Start writing subroutines:

Subtest "NNN"

Connect i to pins X

Connect l to pins Y

Connect s to pins Z

Connect g to ground

Connect rvca to pins X

Detector dcv expect X (corresponding to foot I)

Measure Xbox 1.5 and Xbox 0.95 (range of voltage measurements)

Source dcv,amX,icoX,on (signal source s)

Auxiliary dcv,amX,icoX (auxiliary source l)

Detector frequency, ecpect X (frequency rvca)

Measure X-ray 1.5 (frequency measurement)

End subtest

4.save "path / PN"

Among them, l bus, g bus, and rvca are optional, and not all of them have to be used in the test program. This completes a basic analog test program.
