3, if you are not clear about the format of each partition, mount it one by one, create a folder before mounting, enter mkdir xp to create a folder named xp, just use the cat / proc/partitions command to view the partition situation, mount it directly with mount. For example, if I want to mount the first partition of the first hard disk, that is, sda1, to the xp folder I just built, type mount / dev/sda1 / mnt/xp, and so on, and then open the "system um Monitor". In the "file system", you can view the mounted partitions, and in the "type" you can see what the mounted partition is. For example, ntfs is fuseblk,fat32 and vfat. After establishing the relevant folders and manually mounting all partitions, proceed to the next step.

4. Edit the fstab file, enter gedit / etc/fstab and then pop up the editing dialog box, and add / dev/sda1 / mnt/xp ntfs iocharset=utf8,umask=0 00 at the bottom so that the first partition ntfs can be automatically mounted to the / mnt/xp/ folder.

And then save it.

This is my setting.

/ dev/sda6 / mnt/seagateSOFTWARE/ ntfs iocharset=utf8,umask=0 0 0

/ dev/sda7 / mnt/seagateDOWNLOAD/ vfat iocharset=utf8,umask=0 0 0

/ dev/sda8 / mnt/seagateDATA/ ntfs iocharset=utf8,umask=0 0 0

If it is a parallel port hard disk, please send sda1,sda5,sda6... Change it to hda1,hda5,hda6.

If your partition format is fat, change ntfs to vfat.

Sda1 is the C disk of windows, and sda5 is the D disk of windows.
