First, open the VSCode plug-in market, https://marketplace.visualstudio.com/vscode, and enter the name of the plug-in you want. For example, here I want to install the Markdown All in One plug-in.

Click to enter the plug-in home page, click the Download Extension link on the right to get the downloaded offline installation package, ending with .vsix as the extension

3. Copy the downloaded offline installation package to the bin directory under the VSCode installation directory. For example, my VSCode is installed in D:\ Microsoft VSCode\, so I should copy it to D:\ Microsoft VSCode\ bin here.

4. Right-click under the bin directory in step 3 to open the command window here, enter the command, and change the final parameters to the name of the offline installation package of the plug-in you downloaded:

Code-install-extension yzhang.markdown-all-in-one-1.4.0.vsix

When you see the following prompt, it means that the installation is successful, and you can open VSCode to view.
