Today, the startup apache2 always fails to start. I thought it was another port problem, but later found that there was no port occupation problem, so check the error log as follows:

[Sat Jun 20 03:12:53 2009] [crit] (OS 10022) provided an invalid parameter. : Child 2676: setup_inherited_listeners (), WSASocket failed to open the inherited socket.

[Sat Jun 20 03:12:53 2009] [crit] Parent: child process exited with status 3-Aborting.

(OS 10022) provided an invalid parameter.

The solution to this error is as follows:

1. Network neighbor-> Local connection-> Properties-> internet Protocol (TCP/IP)-> Properties-> Advanced-> wins tags-> remove the check before enabling LMhosts query. (this is not available on my own computer xp system.)

two。 Control Panel-> windows Firewall-> Advanced tags-> Local connection Settings-> check secure Web Server (HTTPS) in the tag of the service. (I tried this but to no avail.)

(there is still a problem after the top and bottom items are completed, check: enable NetBOIS on TCI/IP.

I myself did not solve the problem with the above two methods, try the third one below, success!

3. To fix winsock, type: netsh winsock reset in the run
