1: turn off IE enhancement

Opening any web page on the Server system will pop up a message to add a trust site, although it does not affect anything, but it is really a bit annoying, how to solve it, just turn off the IE enhancement

2: accidentally uninstalled dotNet4.5 and bound GUI or installed ServerCore version of OS

Take 2012 as an example

Step one, enter PowerShell. At the command line prompt, enter "PowerShell" directly:

Next, enter "Install-WindowsFeatureServer-Gui-Shell, Server-Gui-Mgmt-Infra":

Complete the installation process

Then type "shutdown-r murt 0" on the command line to restart the system:

3:2008DC (domain control) has installed a printer and cannot print.

Navigate to\ Windows\ System32\ Spool\ PRINTERS and add owner permissions

4: system upgrade with domain

Run the adprep.exe command before upgrading

CMD runs with administrator privileges and navigates to the support/adprep.exe folder directory of the installation files

When you run adprep / forestprep, the prompt for "adprep successfully updated theforest-wide information" appears.

Run adprep / domainprep again, and the prompt for "Adprep successfully updated thedomain-wide information" appears.

Click Setup.exe to upgrade again

5. Unable to install dotnet3.5

Sometimes Server cannot install dotnet3.5. You can install it with the command.

Dism.exe / online / enable-feature / featurename:NetFX3/Source:d:\ sources\ sxs

Where d:\ sources\ sxs is the address of the sxs file

Or add the sxs address to the specified alternate source path
