At the same time, the website sent more than 920000 SMS verification codes to registration applicants, causing a loss of nearly 50, 000 yuan to the Transportation Commission.

Court decision

In the trial, Zhang admitted that the first reason for attacking the website was dissatisfaction with Beijing's lottery policy and wanted to vent.
