The official version of exchange 2019 has been out for some time. With regard to the integration of exchange 2019 and Office online server, I will not introduce too much here. About several commands, you can refer to the following official link:

There is no problem referring to the above documentation for the integration of exchange 2016 and office online server.

But the integration of exchange 2019 and office online server gave me a headache a few days ago. After the integration, an error was reported when previewing PPT accessories through OWA, as shown below:

The error of previewing word Times via OWA is as follows:

Process:

Visit https://oos.contoso.com/hosting/discovery and return normal result.

Verify that there is a problem with office online server using the following procedure:

Set the OpenFromUrlEnabled parameter to true to create a share path and store the PPT or word files to be shared in this share directory such as open a browser to access the following link: https://oos.contoso.com/op/generate.aspx

Click test this link in the image above, and the shared files can be browsed normally.

Verify that office online server is normal through the above procedure.

After inquiry, the following instructions are found on the official website:

Follow the instructions to add registry keys to the registry of OS in exchange 2019 to enable TLS1.1 and TLS1.2

After the addition is completed, when you preview PPT or word again through OWA, you can display the view normally:

In addition, with regard to the adjustment of the TLS protocol, you can modify it through the tool I share below. This tool is configured through the GUI interface. It is very convenient and does not require us to manually add registry keys to enable or disable the TLS protocol.
