MySQL appears: Host 'XXXXXX' is blocked because of many connection errors; unblock with' mysqladmin flush-hosts'

Meaning of max_connect_errors parameter: if a client attempts to connect to this MySQL server, but fails (such as a password error, etc.) X times, MySQL will unconditionally force the client to block the connection

Solution:

1. Set global max_connect_errors=1000;-- can be modified dynamically

When this client successfully connects to the MySQL server once, the max_connect_errors for this client is cleared.

2. Mysqladmin flush-hosts or mysql > flush hosts
