Solution:

1. Define the method through the registry key:

The front end runs regedit to open the registry

Expand HKEY_LOCAL_MACHIME\ System\ CurrentControlSet\ Services\ InetInfo\ Parameters

Click add value on the edit menu to add the following options:

Value name: UserTokenTTL

Data type: REG_DWORD

Data: (token cache-minimum number of seconds for 30 seconds)

2. Then restart the Exchange front-end server IIS service
