Log in to Office365 using the administrator account: login address

Click to enter the administrator center

Click on the user-active user

Click more-Import multiple users

As shown in the figure, click to download the CSV file with headers and sample user information

6. Open the downloaded CSV file and fill it in according to the actual situation. (user name and display name are required)

7. After editing, click Save as. Note that the format of the file must be CSV UTF-8 (comma separated).

8. Go back to the browser to upload the edited file. After uploading, click verify. After verification, click next.

9. Assign the corresponding license according to the actual situation, and complete the next step.

10. After the creation is successful, click the download result to view the user information or send the user information to the specified mailbox.

Garbled problems may occur when the creation result of batch import is downloaded and opened. Please refer to the following process to solve the problem.

Open the downloaded CSV file and find Chinese characters garbled, as shown in the figure

Close the CSV file and open it using notepad (not Excel)

3. Through notepad, save the file as, encode and select UTF-8

4. Then open it through Excel, and the file can be displayed normally.
