If CPI tenant on SAP Cloud Platform is not initialized correctly, you will encounter the following error message when you try to use it:

Insufficient scope for this resourceinsufficient_scope

Specific configuration method:

(1) Security- > Role Collections:

Click New Role Collection:

Create a new role with the name Tenant_Administrator:

Enter the empty Role collection and create a specific role:

In Application identifier, select the record at the beginning of it:

Add AuthGroup_Administrator, AuthGroup_BusinessExpert, AuthGroup_IntegrationDeveloper:

Then select Security- > Trust Configuration and click the SAP ID Service hyperlink:

To maintain your email address, click Assign Role Collection:

Then go to the subscription interface of subAccount and click the Provision button:

After provision succeeds, you can see that CPI is logged in to url:

Add it to your favorites and you can use it directly next time:
