Solution:

Modify hosts to use the source of another mirror station (Taiwan source is not available and tested)

Sudo vim / etc/hosts enter I into edit mode and add the following two lines below: (South African source, fast) 155.232.191.245 nchc.dl.sourceforge.net155.232.191.245 ncu.dl.sourceforge.net press esc, enter: wq enter, save and exit

If you have previously installed this blog because some features of navicat are not available, it is good to go to the home directory Home, then click View, show hidden files, delete the .navicat64 folder, and then continue with the installation. Sudo. / start_navicat

After the installation, a window will pop up, which may be garbled, full square, click on the box on the lower left (trial), and then enter the navicat interface

It's all garbled, which is caused by the character set. Close the interface, then double-click to open the previous start_navicat file.

Find export LANG=en_US.UTF-8 modified character set: export LANG=zh_CN.UTF-8

Just save it.
