Solution:

1. So he went down and got the short feeder and reconnected it. The signal strength of the field test is about-45, very good. Call and ask the customer to turn on the computer and try again. 3. Then I went to the customer's home and tested everything to be fine with our notebook. Use the customer's computer to find that the Wireless Zero configuar wireless configuration service is not turned on, resulting in unable to search for signals.

4. Enter the list of system services and find that this service is turned on, and the computer begins to prompt "windows itself is required to configure the wireless network". From this, we know that it is caused by the conflict between the customer's wireless network card driver and windows's own wireless network configuration, and it is necessary to reinstall the wireless network card driver.

5. After selecting only "install drivers only" during the installation process, return to normal.
