ORACLE_UNQNAME needs to be set according to the error prompt, so the su-oracle editing configuration file is as follows:

OC4J Configuration issue. / home/db/oracle/product/11.2.0/dbhome_1/oc4j/j2ee/OC4J_DBConsole_icsdb02_icsdb not found.

Generally speaking, this is because the monitoring is not started, and if there is no problem with checking the monitoring, it is very likely that the configuration of the em database is incorrect or the dbcotrol is not properly configured and needs to be reconfigured.
