For example, some people are accustomed to using OneDrive to centrally store personal or business files, so that they can be accessed anytime, anywhere on any device to improve office efficiency, so how can they quickly save received email attachments to OneDrive for centralized management?

Send attachment files from OneDrive

1. Outlook client, create a new email, click "Add Attachment" in the toolbar-> Browse Web Location->OneDrive

2. In the OneDrive window that pops up, select the file you want to share and click Insert.

3. Select how you want to share, such as "Share as OneDrive link," then enter the email body, recipient information, and subject, and click Send

Description: Attachments will be shared to internal and external users as OneDrive links, and by default only invited internal and external users have edit rights to the shared document.

Upload email attachments to OneDrive

1. Outlook client, select the attachment you want to upload to OneDrive, right-click Upload->OneDrive

2. Attachment files are automatically saved to OneDrive
