Users can use the security group feature to filter packets of inbound traffic (without restricting outbound traffic) to a group of Cloud Virtual Machine. By default, all packets are allowed. To implement a scenario similar to the one where a port is prohibited by default and only a specific server is allowed to access, you only need to add two rules: a low-priority rule that prohibits all traffic on a port, and a high-priority rule that allows traffic on a specific source IP.
