Single IP dual line

The ordinary single-IP dual-line means to set an IP on the server, this IP is Netcom IP or telecom IP, through the routing equipment to set the packet is through the telecommunications network or Netcom network to send out the dual-line technology. This scheme can also improve the access speed of Netcom users and telecom users, and solve the problem that double IP lines need to set up routing on the server, but because the IP address uses Netcom or Telecom's IP, access users will not automatically distinguish the best route when sending request packets.

Dual IP dual circuit

Dual-IP dual-line implementation refers to the installation of two network cards on one server. Connect the telecommunication network line and Netcom network line respectively and set up a Netcom IP and a telecom IP, so that there are two IP addresses on one server, and it is necessary to add the routing table of Netcom or Telecom on the server to realize the access of Netcom users and telecom users from different lines. There are two common ways to use dual IP dual lines:

1. The administrator sets up two links with different IP addresses on the website. Netcom users click Netcom IP to access the server, and telecom users click Telecom IP to access.

2. Use BIND9 (DNS server software) to return different server IP to different IP address requests to realize that Netcom users return Netcom's IP when requesting domain names, and telecom users return Telecom's IP when requesting domain names. This is the intelligent DNS scheme put forward by some IDC.

BGP line

BGP (Border Gateway Protocol) protocol is mainly used for the interconnection between Internet AS (autonomous systems). The main function of BGP is to control the propagation of routes and choose the best route. Both China Netcom and China Telecom have AS numbers (autonomous system numbers), and most of the major network operators in the country are interconnected with their own AS numbers through the BGP protocol.

The single-IP dual-line solution implemented by the CVM with BGP is to map the IP of one line to the other line IP directly through the BGP protocol, and the best route is automatically selected when the user accesses it, so that there is no slow delay through different ISP for the user.
