After inspection by technicians, it is found that two important folder directory areas have been corrupted into garbled (FAT32). In addition, there are several document files that prompt file reading failure when they are opened, indicating that the file may have been damaged. Open similar files that have not been destroyed for comparison. It is found that the virus files are destroyed at the end of the file and filled with a considerable amount of junk data.

Because there is no directory, some logical recovery tools (R-STUDIO) can not visually display the files under the folder, and there are more than 2100 renamed document files by number searched by file type, including some files that can not be opened by partial coverage. In order to quickly locate and restore, communicate directly with the customer, search and locate the keywords such as the title and content of the word document under the important folder, there are more than ten files that need to be restored, because the main part of the document has not been destroyed, so by locating and extracting in turn, the customer's document can be restored. However, there are also some documents that have not located any information after a full scan of individual files, which may be seriously damaged by the virus, and the underlying data may be cleared or filled.
