Automatic redirection and follow redirection

Have you noticed that in the JMeter HTTP request, there is a follow redirect and automatic redirect?

By default, follow redirection is selected. What does it do? What's the difference between it and automatic redirection?

In fact, these two options are used to control the redirection logic of the 301Accord 302 redirect request.

Second, follow redirection

This is the default option of jmeter, which displays all the request and response information of the new page redirected to. In most cases, this method is used, as shown in the following figure:

3. Automatic redirection

In the actual result of the current request, this method points directly to the request information and response information of the new page that is finally redirected, as shown in the following figure:
