1. vMix receives SRT streams pushed by the encoder in Listener mode.

1. Open vMix software, click "Add Input"-"More" in the lower left corner, select "Stream/SRT" option, the interface is as follows

2. Select "Stream Type" as "SRT (Listener)", configure "Port","Latency","Passphase"(if necessary),"Decoder Delay" and other parameters in turn, and click "OK" to complete the configuration.

3. In the vmix main interface, you can see that vmix has been monitoring SRT stream in Input1 window, and the window is displayed as black screen when there is no video stream input.

4. Configure Qianshi encoder as Caller to initiate SRT connection, and configure parameters such as "handshake mode","IP address","port" and "transmission delay" in turn (relevant parameters need to correspond to vmix side)

After SRT is connected correctly, vmix can receive and display video images transmitted by encoder normally.

vMix pushes SRT stream to decoder in Caller mode

1. Click the gear-shaped button on the left of "External" at the bottom and select "Output/NDI/SRT Settings"

2. Pop up the Settings menu and select the "Outputs/NDI/SRT" option. The source of "Output" selects the video source to be transmitted (if Input1 is selected, it is necessary to ensure that Input1 has video signal). Click the gear-shaped setting button to pop up the "Output Settings" dialog box, check "Enable SRT," select "Type" as "Caller,""Hostname,""Port,""Latency,""Passphase" and "Quality" to configure corresponding parameters in turn, check "Use Hardware Encoder," and click "OK" to confirm. ("Use Hardware Encoder" generally needs to be selected, which can improve coding ability)

3. Add an SRT type video source to receive SRT stream in Qianshi video decoder, and set "Name","Handshake Mode" to "Listener","Port Number" and "Transmission Delay" in turn to be consistent with vmix configuration.

4. Check whether the SRT handshake connection is normal and whether there is video image output in the decoder. If not, you can click the "SRT"-"Enable" option of the gear button on the left side of "External" to reconfigure the vmix push once to turn off and then on (Enable means to turn on the push state).
