Optimize blog subtitle

Subtitle (slogan), called tagline in WordPress. Unlike the blog title, it may contain some text describing the blog, which can be optimized and used. The author believes that many of WordPress's so-called SEO plug-ins are not in place, and the support for Chinese blogs is very poor, so it may be better to modify them.

The following are my rules for dealing with keywords, description and page titles. For implementation, please refer to the description of the page title in the previous paragraph.

The description of the detailed page of the article usually takes the first 220 characters of the article, and the especially important pages and articles can customize the abstract to make the information more accurate. If there is summary information, use the summary, if not, use the first 220 characters, the implementation code is as follows.
