Preparations:

Three servers in the real world:

One serves as a domain server and the other two serve as database nodes for.

Step 1: IP scheduling

ip：

Node 1: 172.19.5.123 Heartbeat 192.168.1.1

Node 2: 172.19.5.122 Heartbeat 192.168.1.2

Domain-controlled DC: 172.19.5.124

Failover Cluster: 172.19.5.101

Distributed transaction ip: 172.19.5.102

Database cluster ip: 172.19.5.103

Note that the dns of the two nodes is written as a domain-controlled ip

Step 2: Disk Preparation

4 disk volumes required: quorum disk (1G), cluster shared disk (200G), clusterBB (100G), free disk volume (datastore disk 800G)

Domain servers do not need to associate these four volumes.

Allocate these four volumes through the MD Storage Manager Client disk management tool.

Open MD Storage Manager Client tool

Click Add Storage Array

Select Manual Add

Fill in the two ip of raid control module. If you don't know ip, use DellDiscovery Utility tool to scan this network segment. The method is as follows

Click Discover

Wait for a while and scan the stored raid module address

There may only be one ip, we first write the ip of one module to connect to the storage and check the ip of another module to connect to the other, so we won't do too much description here.

Then go back to Disk Management Tools

Select Management Storage Array

click OK

Select Configure and select Create Disk Group and Virtual Disks.

If none of your disks have been added to the disk group, click the first option by default, and then allocate the disks according to your needs, and then map them to the host group. Here, the disks have been allocated. Let's see the disks that have been created and mapped to the host group.

Then check to see if there is a new disk on the host, right-click the windows menu and click disk management

You can see that there are four disks that are not online. Right-click, online, and create a new volume. By default, the next step is OK.

The status of available volumes is as follows

Here the disk is ready!

Step 3: Install Domain Control Server

The following steps were performed on 172.19.5.124

Open Server Manager and add features and roles

After the installation is complete, you will be prompted to upgrade to a domain server. Click and the following interface will appear:

Until the next step, specify the NetBIOS domain name TRSCLUSTER(this domain name is used to log in to the domain later, warnings can be ignored)  

Go to the next step to check the prerequisites, install if there is no problem

Then open Tools AD User and Computer

Right-click User, create new, create user

Specify that the password never expires and that users cannot change the password

Create a password for your account. Next

Upgrade user privileges to domainadmin

trsadmin, affiliated, add, search domainadmin, OK

Next, DomainAdmin is set to the primary group and DomainUser is deleted

Step 4: Add nodes to the domain

Before adding a node to a domain, you need to configure the IP address of the node.

Private IP of Node 1

Cancel IPV6 protocol

Click Advanced, DNS

Cancel the check mark in the red box

Click WINS

disable NetBIOS

Private ip (heartbeat) setup complete

Next, configure the public network ip, just need to configure ipv4

Note that DNS should be written as the ip of the domain control server

Then change the order of the network cards, click Advanced, and set the metric to 10

It is OK to set the hop number of the private NIC to be larger than 10. The smaller the hop number, the higher the priority.

The next step is to install failover cluster management on both nodes before joining them to a domain. The installation method is the same as when adding domain servers, except that you can simply select failover cluster management.

To add a domain, select the computer, and right-click Properties.

To join a domain, you need to enter a domain account

After joining the domain, you need to restart your computer. 

After the restart is complete, log in to the system using the previously created domain administrator account

Step 5: Create a cluster

Select Server Management in Domain Control Server---Tools---Failover Cluster Manager

Creating a cluster for the first time requires running tests

Testing complete, start cluster creation

Instead of adding all eligible storage to the cluster, we add it manually.

The next step completes cluster creation

Then add disks

Just add the disks you want to add. I've allocated four disks here.

To configure the arbitration disk, select a disk and right-click the cluster. For more operations, configure the cluster arbitration. All the way to the default.

Cluster shared disk. After selecting the disk, there is an Add Cluster Shared Volume in the right operation bar. Click it.

Step 6: Install the Distributed Transaction Coordinator

Next, configure the role

Next, select a disk, default next ok

Step 7: Database Master Installation

Copy sqlserver2012 image to the dual driver on the local machine

The directory here selects the disk location selected when creating the sqlserver cluster

Install from node sqlserver

Verify the installation, select Active Directory Users and Computers under the degree weapon manager tool, click Computers to see all the clusters just built

View sqlserver information
