Problem: the user printer cannot print the file, the printer cannot display, the printer cannot be found, and the printer cannot be added.

Reason: the printing service (Print Spooler) is not started and automatically shuts down when it is started.

Solution: unable to start the service reason: the cache file caused by printing PDF in the windows/system32/spool/PRINTERS/ folder is not cleared, so the printing service cannot be cleared. 102n printer is not suitable for printing PDF documents, and each print needs to be cleared manually. Restart the service after clearing it.

Or use the BAT script to clear the cache and start the service.

Please put the following command into the BAT script.

@ echo off

Echo helloworld

Del / p c:\ windows\ system32\ spool\ printers*.*

Net stop spooler

Net start spooler
