None of the above three links is indispensable. However, in China's robot industry chain, there are not many domestic enterprises that can provide reliable reducer and other core components, the products are basically monopolized by foreign companies, the core components need to be imported, and domestic robot manufacturing has no bargaining power, resulting in high cost of domestic robot manufacturing. In the middle reaches, ontology and other core technologies are also controlled by foreign brands, so a large number of enterprises can only concentrate on the downstream and compete with each other in system integration.
The lack of technology leads to the lack of innovation ability, the so-called robot enterprises often rely on system integration to make a profit, robot vendors are system integrators, in the final analysis, they are providing convenience for others.
Reducing homogenization requires technological innovation
If you want to strengthen the voice of the domestic robot market, technological innovation is the key. The industrial chain is incomplete, which leads to the marginalization of domestic robots in the high-end market. the main reason is that the innovation ability of product design is weak, and the robot body can be made, which is basically based on the simulation of foreign robot products. make further improvements on their basis.
