RAID 0, also known as Stripe or Striping, represents the highest storage performance of all RAID levels. RAID 0 improves storage performance by spreading contiguous data across multiple disks, so that system requests can be executed in parallel by multiple disks, each disk executing its own portion of the data request. This parallel operation on data can fully utilize the bandwidth of the bus and significantly improve the overall disk access performance.

Raid0 roll (banded roll):

Disk Capacity: Sum of all disk capacities

Pros: High literacy (high website visits)

Disadvantages: Poor tolerance

Combination condition: two or more disks of the same size

Lab Objective: Divide partitions and create banded volume raid0

Lab environment: Linux system and two disks

1: Create two disks

2: Create md0 (raid0 disk) and format

3: Mount

4: Automatic mount (restart computer is more convenient to use)

Command: vim /etc/fstab (enter the automatic mount interface)

raid0 volume (striped volume) is created
