System environment: PC with win10 installed, and office software installed with office2013.

Problem description: in the use of Huatian Power OA process, part of the approval form attachment there are word or excel file, if you click word or excel file, click "Open", will pop up prompt "file is corrupted, can not be opened" prompt, choose to save, and then to the saved location to open the file can be opened normally.

Problem analysis: since you can open the file normally after saving, you can determine that there is no problem with the office attachment uploaded in the web page, and the problem may be the security settings of the web page or office. After resetting the browser, the problem remains the same, basically you can eliminate the browser setting problem, by looking for a solution on the Internet, some say to set the advanced options of excel, uncheck other applications that ignore the use of dynamic data exchange (DDE) (such as the following figure), but I have unchecked it, which is unreliable.

Others say they want to change the default way to open .doc files. As can be seen from the word and excel icons on the desktop, the default opening methods of word and excel are correct and pass.

Solution: since it is possible that the security setting is caused, the trust center is the place to set the security, break in decisively, and finally lock in the protected view after viewing all the settings of the trust center. As shown below:

Click the Trust Center settings, as shown below:

The problem is here, from the literal meaning of the three check items, you can see that it works here, cancel these three check boxes, and then go back to the web page. Sure enough, click to open the file, word and excel files can directly call office to open directly.

Since the screenshot has been set for colleagues, it is not convenient to operate the screenshot again. The above image is taken from the win7 system and the software environment of office2010, and the setting location is basically the same. The only difference is that office2010 does not directly prompt that the file is corrupted and can be opened normally, but cannot automatically enable editing. It needs to be enabled manually, as shown below:
