So far, TVs with Amazon Fire TV software (and even Roku OS) have stayed on LCD. But today Amazon announced that the OLED fire TV will be launched soon-unfortunately, this is not the case in the United States. The company has partnered with Grundig to launch two OLED TVs: one with a built-in far-field voice microphone for hands-free Alexa control, and one that doesn't include a microphone if it makes you feel depressed. (you can simply press and hold the button to get the usual Alexa voice remote control to issue commands.)

Are we ready to use Alexa microphones on TV? We still think that strangers listen to our recording in order to improve the accuracy of Alexa. This built-in approach is likely to be the beginning of a trend for other Fire TV Edition models in the future. There is a button under the TV to mute the microphone, which is integrated into the speakers under the TV. Grundig confirmed to me that the TV uses the "previous generation" LG OLED panel, has a wide color range, and supports HDR10 and Dolby horizons.

The Grundy OLED Fire TV version will be available in 55-inch and 65-inch sizes. You will have to pay extra for the far-field microphone. The model starts at 1299.99 euros ($1433, shipped on Nov. 21), while another model shipped on Oct. 28 costs 1199.99 euros ($1323). They have Dolby Vision HDR function and include a 10 speaker system that can output Dolby atmosphere. Organic light emitting diodes will be launched in Germany and Austria.

Grundig will also release some cheaper fireproof LCD TVs (a total of 11), which is just one stage of Amazon International News today. The company also announced the launch of a series of JVC-branded Fire TV Edition 4K HDR TVs, starting at £349 ($384), to be sold as third-party sellers on Amazon.co.uk 's Currys PC World and Currys PC World. No specific release date was provided.

The United States is not completely ignored. Amazon is launching a larger 65-inch version after Amazon and Toshiba launched their first 4K fire TV version compatible with Dolby Vision in June. Like a 55-inch TV, it can be bought at Best Buy stores, BestBuy.com and Amazon (through Best Buy as a seller).

Fire edition TV has a software experience that is very similar to fire TV bars and streaming boxes. But if antennas are inserted, they will also be optimized for wireless TV. The TV will automatically drop down the program menu. If you are a DVR type, you can purchase Fire TV Recast (currently only in the United States) to save these OTA programs so that you can watch or broadcast them on your mobile phone when you leave home later.

Amazon is currently trying to bring Fire TV into your living room in any way possible. In addition to these new versions of the suite, at IFA, the company also announced Anker sound bar, including Fire TV software (very similar to what Roku just announced) and a faster update of Fire TV Cube, which now supports Dolby Vision.
