Analysis:

Suddenly remembered, the day before 360 prompted a system loophole to update, click "shutdown automatic installation", but the road is caused by the update.

Open "programs and Features"-"View installed updates" and find two October 12 vulnerability updates, numbered KB4041678,KB4041681, uninstall these two updates, restart, and troubleshoot.
