So is there a way for IIS services to start intelligently with the system again? The answer is yes, you can make the World Wide Web Publishing Service service start again with the Windows system by setting up the IIS service correctly:

Click the start / programs / Administrative tools / Services command in the pop-up system service list window, double-click the World Wide Web Publishing Service service option, and check the current startup status of the service in the pop-up service settings window shown in figure 1. Generally speaking, World Wide Web Publishing Service services have been "forcibly" disabled when IIS cannot be started automatically with the operating system.

At this point, you can click the "start" button in the figure 1 interface to restart the service, while clicking the drop-down button at "Startup Type", select "automatic" from the pop-up drop-down list, and then click "apply", then click "OK" button, so that the IIS service can start with the Windows system in the future.
