Make front-end PDF export more efficient with Web Workers

As anyone who has done front-end development knows, PDF export often slows down Web applications because the export occurs in the browser UI thread, making the rest of the application unusable.

More professional OLAP data slicer

WijmoJS adds a Slicer control to the latest version of the OLAP module. The Slicer control provides a quick way to edit filters applied to PivotField objects. It allows the user to click a button that filters data by reservation value and indicates the current filtering status. This improvement makes it easier for you to view content that is filtered by PivotGrid and displayed in Pivot View controls.

Added Details Dialog API for OLAP

WijmoJS PivotGrid allows you to click on cells to view the data items used to calculate each summary. In addition to this, you can invoke the details dialog box by calling the showDetail property of the grid control and passing the coordinates of the cells.

Easy implementation of calculated fields

WijmoJS adds a PivotField.getValue property to OLAP that allows users to specify custom functions to retrieve field values for a given item. New: Calendar Selector

WijmoJS adds a small but useful feature to the Calendar and InputDate controls. You can now click on the year title to open the calendar selector so you can jump to different years more easily. This small improvement could save end users some time when choosing dates.

Menu Support downward expansion submenu
