Because I have installed the green version of AI before, and did not uninstall cleanly, the solution is as follows:

Open the directory: X:\ Program Files\ Common Files\ Adobe\ caps,X is the system disk path, depending on your system

Delete all (.db) files in this directory, or delete the entire caps directory directly

If the system is a 64-bit system, the above directory should be: X:\ Program Files (x86)\ Common Files\ Adobe\ caps.
