What is the number of daily active users, what is the number of monthly active users, what is the significance of statistics?

The concept of the number of daily active users is the number of users who open a product in a day (deduplicated), that is, one person opens it 100 times, which is counted as the number of daily active users, but for 100 people, each person only opens it once. It also counts as 100 daily active users.

The concept of monthly active users is similar to the number of daily active users, but the statistical period expands to one month, that is, the number of users who open a product within a month (deduplicated). In other words, if you open it every day for a month, it only counts as one monthly active user, but 100 people who open the product at different times of the month will count as 100 monthly active users.

A statistical tool is recommended here, which can count various dimensions based on your existing business system, including orders, registered users, daily active users, monthly active users, etc.

After the installation is complete, you can extract data for statistics, log in to the system, click data Monitoring-> data Source Management on the left menu, and add data sources.

After the data source is added, then add the data table, click the left menu data Monitoring-> data Table Management, and add the data table.

For example, we need to count the number of daily active users.
