Opp "Quick File pass" scanning and recognition system is a combination of software and hardware products with scanner and OCR recognition technology. After collecting common documents, official documents, bar code, ID card and other images through the scanner, OCR recognition technology is used to obtain relevant text information to achieve rapid extraction and input of information.

Product function

Software module features:

● document recognition module

The main function is to identify ordinary documents and transfer them out of TXT,RTF,EXL,PDF format, which is mostly used for system integration such as file management software and resource management software.

The form of integrated product is mainly the dynamic library call of DLL, which provides multiple development language interfaces.

Perfectly supports the recognition of scanned images by the scanner, but does not support importing images

Interface: DLL dynamic library mode, supporting multiple program interfaces under windows

● bar code recognition module

The main function is to find the bar code area on the whole scanned image and identify the bar code. The types of bar codes that support recognition include one-dimensional codes.

The types of QR codes are: code25, code39, code1 28, pdf417, datamatrix, etc.

● second generation certificate identification module

The second generation ID card is scanned and identified, and the information on the front and back of the ID card is extracted through the image.

● document recognition module

Official document recognition, automatic title extraction technology, double-layer PDF technology, mostly used for rapid processing of government documents

The integrated product form is mainly divided into CS input mode and BS OCX control mode. Customers choose to call according to their own needs to perfectly support the recognition of scanned images, but do not support importing images.

Interface: CS mode product interface, provide XML title information and full text, and provide double-layer PDF files
