Operation instruction

Before installing SCCM after installing SQL Server, we can use ConfigMgr Prerequisites Tool to set the memory size, verify the sorting rules of SQL Server, configure the report database size, and so on to meet the requirements of installing SCCM server.

We need to set the SQL Server information in ConfigMgr Prerequisites Tool in advance before operation:

Settings-> Connections-> enter the full name of SQL Server in SQL Server name (FQDN) sccm01.pushits.com-> connect:

A successful connection will bring up a dialog box for SUCESS:

Operation steps

1. Set the fixed memory size of SQL Server to 8G

SQL Server-> General-> configure:

(if it is not set, there will be a warning error in the detection when installing SCCM)

A successful setting will bring up the SUCESS dialog box:

two。 Verify the collation of SQL Server

SQL Server-> Collation-> valicate to see if the collation after Collcation in use is: SQL_Latin1_General_CP1_CI_AS

3. Set the maximum size of the SQL Server reporting service database to 20g

SQL Server-> × × S-> configure:

A successful setting will bring up the SUCESS dialog box:
