Tumor-related lncRNA is analyzed by the following three calculation methods

The effect of SNP on the secondary structure of lncRNA is predicted by RNAsnp. If a disease-related SNP site is located on a lncRNA and causes a change in the secondary structure of lncRNA, the lncRNA is considered to be related to the tumor.
