Configure WebReady document viewing

For: Exchange Server 2010 SP3,Exchange Server 2010 SP2

WebReady document viewing allows users to access file attachments in Microsoft Office Outlook Web App. Users can access common file types, such as Microsoft Word documents, without installing the application.

You can manage the WebReady document view of Outlook Web App in Microsoft Exchange Server 2010.

When managing WebReady document viewing, you can specify files that you want users to have access to both private and public computers in Outlook Web App. However, you cannot specify separate settings only for private or public computers.

By default, Outlook Web App does not enable public computer file access. Therefore, when users select the "this is a public or shared computer" option or the "this is a private computer" option on the Outlook Web App login page, they will not be able to access files attached to the e-mail message.
