Later, I noticed that there was a space in the header of the file name, and the default space under windows is also part of the file name, and the sorting of spaces is still before the number.

Sometimes you will see how some files (the first letters should be placed at the bottom of the order) are still in front of them when they are already sorted by file name. It's the same reason.

Solution: ren "(add the appropriate number of spaces) source file name"destination file name"
