On August 30, the Integrated cabling working Group held a regular meeting in Shanghai to discuss the revised drafts of several white papers, such as "White Paper on Design and installation Technology of Intelligent wiring Management system", "Technical requirements and Application Technology of Flame retardant Cable in data Center", "Application of short Link Test methods in data Center" and so on.

Nearly 30 experts from various units of the working group attended the meeting.

At the meeting, Xu Nan, the person in charge of the "White Paper on Design and installation Technology of Intelligent wiring Management system", first introduced the revised draft of the white paper. then we discussed the terminology, the implementation of the intelligent wiring management system, installation and construction, cases and other parts.

Subsequently, Ye Junhao, head of the technical project "Technical requirements and Application Technology of Flame retardant cables in data Center", introduced the revision of some chapters according to relevant opinions after the discussion on the first draft. The focus of the discussion among the experts on the spot is focused on the professional concept of cable fire and flame retardant, the classification of relevant standards, how to correspond to the application of data center users, and the problems reflected in the white paper.

Finally, Yin Gang, the project leader of the "White Paper on the Application of short Link testing methods in data Centers", introduced the architecture and main contents of the first draft of the white paper.

Zhang Yi, head of the integrated cabling working group, concluded that everyone's enthusiastic discussion will ensure the high-quality completion of the tasks of the three white papers. In addition, Zhang Yi also introduced the latest situation of the compilation and application of residential fiber-to-the-home standards, as well as the revision of the national standards of two comprehensive cabling books. For the problems and situations in the process of compiling the GB, the working group will communicate with all member units and strive to reflect the new content of the GB.
