Windows passes files to the Linux virtual machine:

Download and install a xshell remote software, or other ssh software. Connect to the linux server. (for example: SecureCRT)

Enter the command to check the rz command: rpm-qa | grep rz

(if there is no rz command installed: yum-install rz)

Type rz to upload files in Windows.

Enter sz and you can download it to Windows (if there is no pop-up box to select the download address, download it to: CRAV / user / sks/ by default)
