SAP MM VL34 transaction code creates Inbound Delivery in batch

In the standard system, when the confirmation control key in the purchase order is 0004 (inbound delivery)

To execute VL34, you can successfully create an inbound delivery for the purchase order.

To see the confirmation Tab of the purchase order item

If it is another confirmation control key, such as 0007, you can use VL31N to manually create the inbound delivery, but the VL34 cannot be executed successfully.

That is to say, if VL34 wants to execute successfully, it is fastidious about confirmation control key. About background configuration

Go to SM30 > Table V_T163L > Click Maintain > click on the check box "Create Inbound delivery" against the conformation control key used in PO. I.e 0004.

Maintain conformation control key in "Conformation" TAB of PO.

You can set up so that inbound deliveries are only created automatically for Order Type/plant/storage location combinations.
