Now delete the oracle installation directory manually, note that because the installation failed, automatic uninstall can not be deleted clean, must do it yourself. Also delete / programfiles/oracle. At this point, just get rid of the oracle entity on the hard drive.

Delete registry information: start-run-regedit enter the registry editing page, export the registry, save it, and then delete it

Delete the entire directory HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE- > SOFTWARE- > Oracle. Next, look for the oracle field in the registry, delete its key value if any, and then, F3, find one, delete one, and empty the values of all Oracle-related fields in the registry. According to my personal experience, if you install Oracle after installing the system, only HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE- > SOFTWARE- > Oracle in the registry has Oracle-related fields. So it's okay to delete this. If you install .net, pl/sql, etc., some keywords in these software may also appear oracle fields, but these fields will not affect Oracle installation, so you can delete only the directory HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE- > SOFTWARE- > Oracle, and you do not need to delete the fields of other software. After these are deleted, you should be able to reinstall Oracle.
