2. Back up the web site. In the virtual space management panel, click "extract / compress"-"online compression", mysql database table file package, in the virtual host management panel, click "extract / compress"-"to online compression".

3, mssql database backup (if there is no database, please skip): log in to the website, click "Business Management"-"mssql Database"-"Management" to enter the database online management, click the "backup" button to back up the database as bak files, and then click "download backup" to download the backup files to the local or server.

2. Restore the data of the CVM

1. Log in to the CVM and use the website management assistant to create a new site. When building the site, the FTP account and password of the original virtual host are used as the FTP account and password of the original virtual host, and the database account and password of the original virtual host are also used. The purpose of this operation is to facilitate site recovery.

2. If the website space has not expired, please download it directly with the domain name and file name. For example, if the website is very large, it will take some time to compress it. It is recommended to download it 5-10 minutes after compression. If the space expires, please use the FTP tool to download the package directly on the server. Website programs and mysql database files can be downloaded by logging in to FTP.

3. Download the FTP tool to the CVM and open it. Enter the FTP address for the "host" and write the FTP account for the "user name". The password is written as the FTP password, and the port is not modified, and then connect to FTP. Go to the wwwroot directory, select the compressed package you just backed up, such as wwwroot.rar and databases.rar files, and right-click to download. After decompressing the compressed package, you can place it in the corresponding directory leased by the CVM.
