Search according to Sales Order as keyword in activity list:

On the configuration page of Sales Order, click Involved Parties

-> Mantain Involved Parties:

Select Bill to and click Maintain Determination to maintain the automatic decision rules for it:

The following figure means that the value of Bill to is first taken from the Business Partner Relationship of the Account master data, and if the Relationship is not maintained, it is copied directly from the Account itself.

The important thing to note is Seller, whose value is brought from the company to which Sales Unit belongs.

90101 is a Sales Unit, and its parent unit is 901:

901 is a Company, once "company" is checked, the system will automatically create a Customer master data with the same ID.
