When invoking this interface, you need to note:

Up to 20 tags can be added to a single Cloud Virtual Machine ECS resource.

Tag.n.Key and Tag.n.Value must match.

If the Tag.n.Key already exists on the specified resource, the new Tag.n.Value automatically overrides the original Tag value.
