The BIN fields are grouped and merged according to A _ Magi B _ M C _ P D. The merged format is separated by commas (e. G.: e. 1, E 2, and E 3).

Use TO_CHAR () on the outermost because if you don't use TO_CHAR (), the returned value is ".

Returned because the data type of the E field is varchar2, while WMSYS.WM_CONCAT (COLUMN) is a CLOB type in Oracle 10g.
