Defeat. Later, it is found that it needs to be specified to modify the environment variable. The specific ideas are as follows:

1. Log in to the server first, and ps-ef | grep smon to view the launched instances.

2. Select one of them, export ORACLE_SID= instance name

3. Sqlplus / as sysdba connects to the database for query.
