Disclaimer: this article is written purely for LoadRunner learners to encounter this problem in the process of twists and turns.

The following is my computer environment:

System environment: Windows XP sp3

Browser: IE6

LoadRunner version: 11.00

Today, when I opened loadrunner, I recorded the script normally, and when I ran controller, there was no chart to show. I tried it several times, but it was still the same. Close loadrunner, then open the Controller program directly, and pop up the prompt box

Then go to the control panel, find the HP LoadRunner, click change, then fix it, and the problem is solved.

I see a lot of people encounter this problem on the Internet, but few people talk about it.

Conclusion: if the software is abnormal, you should first think of shutting down and rebooting, restarting the machine, and then repairing it. If you can't, then unload and reinstall (the general reinstallation system can be solved, but the cost is a little high).
