Compare the records of the project table in the two environments, try to change the record values of the project table name field values of service_project and admin_project in the abnormal environment to service and admin, and then go to make and repair the keystone endpoint-list command, and find that there is no error.

Then try to log in to Dashboard again and find that the login is normal.
