Excel forms are widely used in our daily work, and sometimes we often need to set the excel value to 0 to not display. So how to solve it? In this article, we share three solutions and learn them together.

Method 1: as shown in the following figure, we want to keep the zeros in the excel cell from being displayed, as shown on the right.

Click EXCEL options-Advanced-display options for this worksheet-uncheck Show zeros in cells with zero values. This is as follows:

Description: the setting of this method is set for all the cells of the current worksheet.

Method 2:

Step 1: select a cell with a value of 0

1. Select the range of cells that do not display 0

2.Ctrl+F search

Find 0, check "Cell match" in "options", select "value" in "look in", click find all, and then press Ctrl+A (that is, select all found cells) to close the search window.

Step 2: format the cell

Right-click "format cells"-"numbers"-"Custom", enter the custom format content as [= 0] ", and click OK.

Description: this method is flexible and suitable for changing only part of the cell operation, the rest of the cells are not affected, and the 0 value of the selected cells is displayed normally.

Method 3:

This method is the formula method, which forces 0 not to be displayed. The formula is: = if (cell = 0, "", cell), as an example:

For example, if we want column B performance to be zero, we can try to enter the formula in cell C2: = IF (B2CO0, ", B2), and then drop down and copy the formula.
